All guitar necks must have a hard finish i.e. lacquer or urethane (oil finishes are excluded) in order to be warranteed. There is up to a 25% cancellation fee on all custom orders, the cancellation of a custom order is to the sole discretion of B. Hefner Company and will be reviewed on a per order basis.
