Guitar Alley offers the following Returns Policy: Auction Terms & Conditions: Electronic checks and Visa and Mastercard through Pay Pal, Cashiers Check and Money Order if paid in this method your order will ship within 18 working days for bodies and necks and 7 working days for pickguards, hardware etc., please be patient, these parts are made by hand. For our warranty and return policies please give us a call we will help in any way we can. Buyer pays for shipping. When possible, multiple items will be shipped together to reduce shipping costs. Insurance is optional and at the buyer's expense. Seller will not be responsible for uninsured items. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive (custom orders, auction items and discounted items excluded for any reason,) you may return them unaltered in any way and in their original packing container within ten (7) days for a full refund (freight excluded). All returns and custom order cancellations will be charged a 25% processing and or restocking fee. Please call us, all returns must have a RMA NUMBER any returns without this number will not be accepted. We also have a one year limited warranty to protect you from any defective materials or workmanship. All items bought at a discounted rate via any auction site as a marked second via sale or for any other reason are non refundable and will only be replaced or repaired if defective. Auction items will be replaced or repaired, items sold as seconds are sold as is. Items lost in the mail or via shipping will only be replaced. There are times when custom orders do take a while longer , usually due to our wood suppliers not providing us with the proper stock needed to perform a particular custom job. In this instance we will do all we can to provide you the customer with the most expedient service available, but in no way will there be a refund on any custom orders. All guitar necks must have a hard finish i.e. lacquer or urethane (oil finishes are excluded) in order to be warranteed. There is up to a 25% cancellation fee on all custom orders, the cancellation of a custom order is to the sole discretion of B. Hefner Company and will be reviewed on a per order basis. We sell replacement necks for Fender or Squier by Fender guitar or bass. Its headstock profile is a registered trademark of Fender Musical Instrument Corporation and B. Hefner Company is licensed by Fender under a quality control license. B.
